4.1 Deposit Terms

You may only deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted and such transactions will be returned. odds96 does not charge any additional fees on deposits, however the payment provider's own fees may apply.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

Your account must be fully verified before you can request a withdrawal. Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. In special circumstances where additional verification is required, processing may take a little longer.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus giving a total balance of ৳2,200; or a deposit of ৳14,000 earns the maximum ৳8,000 bonus giving a total balance of ৳22,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times. This means you must wager an amount equal to 15 times the bonus amount before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

• If you withdraw before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Certain games may contribute at different rates toward the wagering calculation.
• The wagering requirement must be met within the specified time limit for claiming the bonus.

5.3 Bonus Abuse Policy

odds96 actively monitors for abuse of the bonus system. If bonus abuse is detected, the relevant account's bonus and associated winnings will be cancelled. Using multiple accounts to collect bonuses, using a VPN to claim bonuses from a restricted area, and coordinated betting are all considered bonus abuse.

5.4 VIP Cashback Program

odds96 has three VIP levels — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. The weekly cashback benefit differs at each level:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% cashback per week
• Silver: up to 0.7% cashback per week
• Gold: up to 1.0% cashback per week

Advancement to a VIP level depends on your gaming activity and loyalty. Each VIP program has its own specific terms and conditions.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

odds96 uses Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fairness across all games. This technology ensures that the outcome of every game is completely random and does not follow any predetermined pattern.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Gaming using automated bots or software
• Any attempt to modify or hack game software
• Colluding with other players to place bets
• Card counting or similar methods in live casino games
• Deliberately exploiting vulnerabilities or bugs in any game or betting system

6.3 Betting Limits

7.1 Betting Odds and Results

Sports betting odds change in real time. The odds in effect at the time a bet is accepted are considered final. If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical issue, odds96 reserves the right to cancel that bet.

7.2 Event Cancellation and Postponement

If a sporting event is cancelled or postponed indefinitely, the stake for the relevant bet will be returned. For BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other tournaments, the decision of the relevant governing body will be considered final.

7.3 In-Play Betting

Odds change rapidly during live betting (in-play). Odds may change due to network delay before a bet is confirmed. The odds shown in the confirmation message will be accepted as final.

8.1 Self-Exclusion Feature

If you feel that gaming is having a negative impact on your life, you may contact our support team to request a temporary or permanent account suspension. Attempting to create a new account while self-exclusion is active is a violation of these Terms.

8.2 Setting Deposit Limits
